The compressed plywood has such amazing effect against the black & white concept. Use of wood in the apt softens the impression and also creates a contrast and identifies each space. The space is just awesome. The mezzanine houses a bedroom space and a bathroom which work as a study too.

Front balcony is framed by the lovely vintage bi-fold doors which is in sync with the windows at the living space. The balcony at the back is enclosed by long, vertical glass panels/ doors that cast light into the space. Good flow of the kitchen to the dining to the living. It makes an excellent venue for parties. You’d definitely enjoy hosting your guests as they’d be wowed by this apt.
