Damn cool space! I really really love this house.
I saw the amazing transformation this house went through. From the original state to the current stylish lofty look. The original spiral staircase and the air-well were retained, complete with the blue metal door and I like how they painstakingly create the intentional oldish finish for this little yard area. Check out the old school clothes rack. You can totally use it or otherwise, it makes a great piece of ornament. Utterly charming.

2100sf of space. 2 bedrooms, both ensuite. Generous bathrooms. 1 has a luxurious stand-alone bath tub placed on wood-decked floor with white bamboo blind for privacy.
Big barn doors' the feature of this house. Everything slides. The little terrace is lovely. Wood-decked with steel mesh. You could grow some creepers and would totally work as a screen for privacy.. Nice spot for some sun!

An open plan on the lower floor. Huge steel-framed glass door slides open to the plywood and black steel mesh kitchen. Very very cool. Right at the back is a bathroom and a loft bed for the helper.
