Such a cool pad! In a great looking building.

The first thing I noticed as I stepped into the swanky apt was the concrete slabs that lined the wall. Molded and cast in the apt. They remind me of the cool architecture we see a lot in Japan. I really love that.
Check out the big swivel glass door that leads to the green-turfed balcony. It doesn’t just look amazing, it’s a great source of natural light.

The kitchen is open-plan, which works perfectly in the space. Knocking down the walls is an excellent move as walk ups are known for smallish living and long hallways. The kitchen gotta be my favorite spot. There’s the island where friends can hang out while you prep and cook. Or it makes a nice little breakfast nook for 2! It’s fitted with quality appliances. Definitely a functional kitchen where you can whip up a meal for a party!
The bedroom is closed off for privacy. There’s a walk in closet right next to the bathroom. An expansion of closet space from the bedroom.
The bathroom is sleek and modern.

A space great for a couple or enjoy the space all by yourself.
