It not only looks good, it works well too! Kitchen opens up to the lovely courtyard. If you wish to enclose the area, the chic black & white bamboo blinds should do the job. Ooohh… and the 3 beautiful palm trees! They just take your breath away.
It’s nice to have your breakfast out there. That is totally my favourite spot of the house!

The laundry area is hidden behind the black & white bamboo blinds. Right next to it is a little store where you can keep your bulky items or anything you’d like stored away.
Also, there’s a bathroom for your guests.

Upper level has the original timber flooring. One bedroom with a connecting smaller room occupies the front. The back bedroom connects to a study and also leads to the bathroom. The courtyard could be accessed via the spiral staircase right at the back. The study has a nice view of the palm trees, which is really pleasing to the eye.
