What a charmer! What a beautiful space. I was simply bowled over by how light & airy the apt is.
I get this warm and fuzzy feeling as I stepped through that door. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but the minimalist concept exudes coolness. It has such a good energy flow.
Walls were broken down to open up the space and bring in more natural light. The high ceiling further accentuates the openness of the space. The apt has an undeniable great vibe to it and great potential. Simple works and aesthetic improvements would make the space more amazing than it already is. Could possibly create another bedroom. If you prefer, close in the kitchen too.
