Love the exposed brick wall. Nothing beats authenticity. Never tired of looking at them. Flats with red brick walls seemed more appealing… or maybe it’s just me. They are must-haves if they look as beautiful as what we have here. It’s not just aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, the redness of the bricks makes the space warm and cozy.

We have wooden flooring in the main rooms. The floors at the balcony, hallway, and kitchen floor are cement screeded with copper strip inserts to enhance the look. The wooden floors in the rooms are stained white whereas those in the Lounge & Dining rooms are stained black for contrast. Instead of a monochromatic theme, we decided to have an accent color for each room – grayish-green wardrobes against the greenery view right outside the windows in both bedrooms, and, dark bluish shade in the Kitchen with the grainy black marble top. The Kitchen is well-equipped with a range hood, 3-burner gas hob, oven, and dishwasher. Throw in a mobile island and that can be an extra worktop for you or be used as a breakfast counter.
