With its super high ceiling, the house is really airy and cool. The exposed timber rafters that run across the ceiling is a pretty uncommon sight in today’s new and modern houses. I can’t help but admire them.

The concrete floor in the living and dining and the open kitchen are reminiscent of a house in the olden days. It has a rustic feel to it. Kitchen has trendy white tiles and fuss-free grey floor tiles. It looks good and it’s easy to maintain. Kitchen opens up to the lovely courtyard.
It’s nice to have your breakfast out there. With birds chirping and a greenery view, I’d love my mornings better. Have relaxing and chill evenings, star gazing. That is absolutely my favourite spot of the house!

The laundry area is hidden behind the black & white bamboo blinds. Right next to it is a little store where you can keep your bulky items or anything you’d like stored away.
Also, there’s a bathroom for your guests.

Upper level has the original timber flooring. One bedroom with a connecting smaller room occupies the front. The back bedroom connects to a study and also leads to the bathroom. The courtyard could be accessed via the spiral staircase right at the back. The study has a nice view of the courtyard, which is really pleasing to the eye.

Great space for single, a couple or a young family of 3!
