The ultimate pad! 1333sf of cool space, with 2 bedrooms or 1 + Study (or Guest room) plus 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms.
Having to deal with the openness of a loft-type space can be daunting, not knowing how to break up the space into zones or areas for separate uses. On the other hand, wouldn’t you want to enjoy the wall-free space the open floor plan entails? With that in mind, this stunning loft is created with an enclosed bedroom & bathrooms, just at the right spaces when you yearn for some privacy.
It used to be an old, dark, dingy place. And now it has transformed into a very cool, chic, stylish loft apt! The facade has been repainted white with black edgings, giving it a whole new look! It created a stark difference, giving the building a great deal of visual appeal!
The interior is impressive. The living, dining and kitchen spaces have the industrial concrete screed floor, stairs leading to apt and the lower floor bedroom were laid with parquet and interestingly, like the kitchen cabinets, the mezzanine floor and the steps of the floating steel staircase were laid with compressed plywood boards. The compressed plywood has such amazing effect against the black & white concept. Use of wood in the apt softens the impression and also creates a contrast and identifies each space. The space is just awesome. The mezzanine houses a bedroom space and a bathroom which work as a study too.
Front balcony is framed by the lovely vintage bi-fold doors which is in sync with the windows at the living space. The balcony at the back is enclosed by long, vertical glass panels/ doors that cast light into the space. Good flow of the kitchen to the dining to the living. It makes an excellent venue for parties. You’d definitely enjoy hosting your guests as they’d be wowed by this apt. I’m sure everyone walking through that door will be blown away by what they’d see inside. There’s an element of surprise, for sure.
Totally amazing to live in!
