The apt has just been revamped! All basic and foundation works were done. The aesthetic works are just amazing, don’t you think? Interesting elements and materials were introduced.
You’d never imagine how this space could be converted and transformed into this ultra cool pad. It was a horrible, gross, dingy apt with 10 bedrooms and dust-covered walls, fittings and everything. And now, this awesome looking space.
The installation of the really cool corrugated zinc panels on the big wall gives the apt its rugged appeal. We had surfaces finished raw, intentionally. Open plan living, dining & kitchen. Excellent for house parties. It’s so hip. Kitchen looks amazing. The bluish grey cupboards,complete with moulding and white marble solid top, creates a great look. The white epoxied floor enhances the look and at the same time, retained the integrity of the original mosaic tiles.
Bathroom and kitchen fittings are all in stylish black.
The balcony is a lovely breakfast nook. Black epoxied floor makes it stand out. It overlooks a mature rambutan tree. Makes a great chill out spot too!
